The owner of this executive retreat located on Shadow lake hired Trillium to install 21,000 sq ft of Western Red cedar siding. This project was challenged by the fact the home was surrounded by freshly planted trees. Other tradesmen where working on the project at the same time, and the cold weather started sooner than expected.
- We started this project by pre staining all the cedar with a premium stain
- We then trimmed all windows and doorways and corners and against the stonework.
- Established a grade line and true vertical line to match the angle the home was built at.
- Finally we were able to install the siding on this project
- We then installed the soffit with the same material as well as the fascia
